What’s on at West Notts? November

October was a great one with plenty going off on campus. We commemorated Black History Month; helped to raise £125 for the World Wildlife Fund as part of their ‘Wear it Wild’ campaign, and there was a rather spooky zombie run, too. There was an enticing menu in celebration of Diwali and Create Theatre hosted some fun Halloween theatrical workshops – oh and a nice half-term break at the end which we hope you all enjoyed.

We welcome our students back from half-term and wonder, what’s in store for November?

Open evening
On Wednesday 15 November the college will be hosting an open evenings and careers event. Bring friends and family to find out more about the various progression routes available to you as a college student. As well as tutors to answer your questions, there’ll be industry professionals from a number of different sectors to give you an idea of what it’s like to work in their industry, and what you’ll need to get there. Join us 5.30pm-7.30pm. Register an interest, here.

There are also a number of campus tours running in November. Book here to view our facilities and get a first glimpse of life at college.

Dog Days at Create Theatre
The Kitchen Table Trio return to the theatre with a new and original piece of theatre that explores their experiences of living with episodes of depression, low mood and anxiety in their lives; topics which can affect many young people at some point in their lives.
