Forget April Fools and April showers, this month is all about the Easter holidays (with plenty of chocolate!), prepping for exams and meeting coursework deadlines (you’ve got this!), and there’s plenty to get involved in around college, too.
The college Easter holidays run from 8 April – 22 April this year. Be sure to use it wisely, enjoy your time off and come back refreshed and ready for the next term.
All month in April we’re focussing on your job-ready status. Are you professional, responsible and ready for employment? Look out for the motivational posters and screen savers around college. You can also pop in and speak to the careers team at college (you’ll find them near Derby Road reception) who are always happy to give impartial advice.
The college’s GCSE and A Level teams are busily helping students to prepare for upcoming exams in May and June. Tips on revising will be available online as part of a cross-college campaign to get everyone ready for exam success. Keep an eye out on the college’s social media channels for more.
